Hey, hi, my name is Patricia Kurtz, most people call me Patti.
I’m an Ohio licensed real estate agent representing Keller Williams Chervenic Realty in Hudson Ohio. I’ve been a Realtor for 4 years now, but have been involved in the real estate industry in some form or another for over 30 years. Everything from flipping houses to building them, from developing land to managing properties and from residential to commercial acquisitions and sales.
Just recently I was awarded the Ohio Board of Realtors Presidents Award, which means I sold 6 million dollars of real estate in last 12 months.
People ask me why I’m so successful and I think the answer is that I love what I do and it shows. It makes me happy. The people I work with and the clients I work with make me a better person. It’s true.
I have lived in Hudson, Ohio since 1979 when my husband, Jim, and I moved to Hudson from Cleveland Heights, Oho. I grew up in Cleveland, near the old Euclid Beach and then moved to Shaker Heights when I was 11 years old. I went to Beaumont School for Girls and graduated from Cleveland State University. I am a true Clevelander.
Jim and I have 3 children; Jim, an Ohio University graduate with a Bachelors degree in Fine Arts, Jim owns his own graphic design company. Check it out. He does all of my design work. How do you like this website? Only with his help did this happen. He is engaged to Laura Petrella and they have an amazing little boy, my first grandchild, James Harris Kurtz, IV, we call him Quaden, which is Gaelic for 4th born. Laura is a book editor. They are amazing parents. They bought a house last summer right here in Hudson, Ohio.
Andrew graduated from University of Dayton with a Bachelors degree in Entrepreneurship and an MBA. He has joined our family business. He is a finish carpenter and is also licensed to sell real estate here in Ohio. Andrew lives with Maggie Daugherty, a financial planner, who is currently attending nursing school. Andrew bought a house in Brecksville, Ohio a couple of years ago.
My daughter, Madelyn, graduated from Ohio University with a Bachelors degree in Communication and is currently in graduate school at Kent State University working on a Masters degree as a Deaf education early intervention specialist. She currently lives in Stow.
