Andrew grew up immersed in real estate, learning the business firsthand from his parents, Patti and Jim Kurtz. After earning both his bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship and his MBA from the University of Dayton, he returned to Northeast Ohio and quickly became a trusted expert in the local market. His deep knowledge of residential and commercial construction gives his clients a unique advantage, especially when evaluating property value, spotting issues early, or considering upgrades and renovations.

Andrew lives in Brecksville with his wife, Maggie, and their two children, Liam and Olivia. When he’s not working with clients, he enjoys spending time with family and staying active in the community he’s proud to serve.
