Alex Tench brings energy, insight, and firsthand experience to every real estate transaction. As both an agent and an investor, he understands what it takes to buy, sell, and manage property—and he’s passionate about helping others navigate the process with confidence.
After graduating from The College of Wooster with a degree in Economics, Alex wasted no time getting started. He earned his license, purchased his first home, and began flipping properties across Northeast Ohio. Today, he manages a growing portfolio of both residential and commercial properties and puts that experience to work for his clients every day.
Alex is part of the Kurtz&Co family in more ways than one. As the nephew of founders Patti and Jim Kurtz, he grew up around the business and shares the same values of hard work, clear communication, and personal care. He approaches every client relationship with genuine interest and a drive to make the process smooth, simple, and successful.
Whether you’re a first-time buyer, seasoned seller, or aspiring investor, Alex brings real-world perspective, market knowledge, and steady support from start to finish.
He lives in Northeast Ohio and is active in the community, often spending free time with his large extended family or cheering on his favorite teams. With Alex, what you see is what you get: someone who’s approachable, capable, and committed to helping you move forward.
